VMWare stop work after upgrade ubuntu 11.04 to 11.10

I have instaled VMWare Player 3.04 and after i upgrade the ubuntu its stop to work.

To resolve this problem i upgrade the VMware Player to 4.0 its replaces the previous version and install the miss kernel modules
