Atom editor is a great editor, but by default, the speed of scroll mouse is to slow!
How to change it?
1 – Menu File > Config
2 – Find the editor: section
3 – write the new attribute (scrollSensitivity: 80)
4 – save the file and that is it!
Now your mouse scroll should be faster!
